Benton County Fire District #4 responded to assist Richland Fire with a house fire. Upon arrival units found flames coming from the roof and rear of the structure.  The occupant was home and was able to get out safely.  Thanks to some hard work on behalf of the crews on scene, a lot of non-replaceable family heirlooms were saved and given to the home owner.
