Congratulations go to FF Meloy and LT Carlyle who both received an award at the West Richland Chamber of Commerce annual banquet.  They were both nominated for the award after performing a rescue back in May of 2009. 

The individual they were able to remove from the structure was immediately treated on scene and after several months in the hospital is now home and doing well.
