Monte was raised in South Dakota and attended college at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He worked in Tucson, before coming to Washington. Monte has been employed with Batelle since 1978. Monte is married with 2 daughters.
Woody joined the department as a commissioner in 2013, filling a vacant position, and was elected to a six year term, expiring in 2019. Woody graduated from Texas A&M University in 1970 as a commissioned officer in the US Army with a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering. His career as an environmental engineer spans about 35 years, with several state and federal agencies. He has been married for 44 years and has two children and two grandchildren.
He enjoys camping, fishing, wood working, and wine making.
Ryan grew up spending his summers in Pomeroy. Ryan transfered to BCFD 4 in 2013, after leaving Franklin 3. Ryan was a member of Franklin 3 for 12 years. Ryan has worked with WADNR since 1999.
Kimberly Crosby Orosco
Kimberly is from the Cascade Mountains of Northern Oregon. She had her first taste of firefighting when she was 16 on a wildland hand crew. Currently she is raising four kids and is in school working to obtain her AAS in Paramedicine.
Mary moved to the Tri Cities in 2010 after living in Yakima for 37 years. Mary started out as rehab with us and decided she would like to become a firefighter. Mary is very happy with her decision in becoming a firefighter. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband.
BCFD4 Fire Investigator
Patricia joined our department in 2012 after working as a paramedic for 16 years. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Kerry joined our department in 2006, he had previously been a member of our department before taking a work assignment out of the area. Prior to being with us Kerry is retired from the US Navy where he was on a submarine. He is involved in various volunteer organizations and is married and has two daughters.
Nikki joined the department in 2015. She is bringing 23 years of experience in the fire service field as a former emergency dispatcher and fire inspector. She works at the Richland Public Library and volunteers at Hospice in her free time.
Assistant Chief Cheryl Evosevich
Cheryl joined our department as a Rehab member in 2013.Cheryl has been providing logistical support to a local career fire department for the past 20 years, and is an active member of the Southeast Washington Incident Management Type 3 Team filling positions within Finance and Logistics sections.
Garrett joined the department in 2011. Currently Garrett has an Associate Degree in Fire Science fro CBC. A Bachelor's degree in Fire Administration from East Oregon University. He has a sister who is working towards her Master of Business at Gonzaga University. He enjoys working on cars, backpacking, snowshoeing, travelling and fire firefighting.
Robert joined us in 2014. He currently enjoys spending his time with his two kids and his wife. In 2000 he opened up West Richland Rentals. In his off time he enjoys riding motorcycles, playing softball and water sports.
Kasey joined the department in 2015. She is currently attending Columbia Basin College. She lives with her parents, a younger brother and 2 dogs.
She enjoys hiking, wood working, and baking.
Kaylin joined the department in 2015. She was a volunteer firefighter with BCFD1.

Rex has been with the department since 1994. He and his family live in West Richland.
BCFD4 Emergency Service Chaplains
Krista grew up in the Tri-City area, she and her husband have raised four children. Krista initially joined BCFD4 in 1980 as a firefighter and returned to the department in 2010 and has served as a rehab member, firefighter, and her current position as Chaplain. In Krista’s spare time she loves to travel, golf, and spend time with her family.
Martin joined the department in 2015. He was a sales manager with Gold's gym. His love for a fire district was from his grandfather who took him to BCFD4 when he was at a young age.

Sam grew up in Naches, WA and attended Naches Valley High School. During her time there she was active in soccer, basketball, and softball. She first come to the Tri-Cities on a soccer scholarship to CBC. In her spare time Sam enjoys fishing, spending time with family and snowboarding.
