OUTDOOR BURN NOTIFICATION

Benton County Fire District #4 provides this notification form to help us be aware of planned, controlled outdoor burns within our district. This allows our crews to respond appropriately if a concerned citizen calls 911 and helps reduce unnecessary dispatches to burns that have already been reported.

Important Notice

Submitting this form does not grant permission to burn.

All outdoor burning must comply with current regulations. Before conducting any burn, you are required to contact the Benton Clean Air Authority to verify that burning is allowed on your planned burn day.
